The Metzenbaum Scissors Delicate features fine narrow blades manufactured to a higher degree of precision than the standard Metzenbaum. The reduced blade size concentrates cutting accuracy at the tip which allows the surgeon to work within very small tissue margins without disturbing adjacent structures.

The blunt rounded tips are introduced gently into a tissue plane and opened to create a safe dissection space before cutting occurs. This is especially critical in microsurgery and pediatric procedures where tissue margins are narrow and unintended trauma carries significant risk.

The instrument is available in straight and curved configurations. A Tungsten Carbide variant is also available for superior edge retention across repeated sterilization cycles. Tungsten Carbide models are identified by gold colored ring handles for easy identification on the surgical tray.

Manufactured from premium grade surgical stainless steel with a satin finish. Fully autoclave compatible for repeated sterilization and long term clinical use.

DELIVERY TIME:
- All instruments available in stock will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number for your order by email.
- Any instruments that are not available in stock may take up to 15 business days to be manufactured and shipped.
- Shipping Time for Custom Cleared (Door to Door) orders is 13 to 15 business days and for Non-Custom Cleared orders is 8 to 10 business days.
