The Foerster Sponge Forceps features oval fenestrated jaws that hold gauze sponges and swabs securely during surgery. The fenestrated design distributes grip pressure evenly which prevents slippage without crushing surrounding tissue.

The long slender shanks allow the surgeon to place and remove sponges accurately within deep abdominal and pelvic cavities. This extended reach is particularly valuable in bariatric and gynecological procedures.

The instrument is available in straight and curved configurations and in multiple lengths ranging from 7 inches to 18 inches. Jaw profiles are available in smooth and serrated versions to suit different clinical preferences.

Manufactured from premium grade surgical stainless steel with a satin finish. Fully autoclave compatible for repeated sterilization and long term clinical use.

DELIVERY TIME:
- All instruments available in stock will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number for your order by email.
- Any instruments that are not available in stock may take up to 15 business days to be manufactured and shipped.
- Shipping Time for Custom Cleared (Door to Door) orders is 13 to 15 business days and for Non-Custom Cleared orders is 8 to 10 business days.
