DELIVERY METHODS:
A. For (Personal / Small-Medium Shipments) Individual Practitioners & Healthcare Professionals:- We ship all over the world through reliable shipping partners like FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
- For customers from the UK, Europe, United States, Canada, Middle East, and Australia, we guarantee delivery to your doorstep (however buyers may still confirm the customs clearance availability from our chat support for their respective countries). Customs clearance is our responsibility, ensuring a hassle-free delivery.
- For customers from South America, Russia, Africa, and some countries of Asia, we will assist with documentation required for customs clearance; however, no refunds are eligible for customs clearance issues under any circumstances.
- Upon special request, we can use a low-value shipping invoice and mark products as hand tools for easier customs clearance and reduced duty charges. Please contact us via email if required.
- For business logistics and bulk orders, we offer all types of INCOTERMS in accordance with customer requirements.

DELIVERY TIME:
- All instruments available in stock will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number for your order by email.
- Any instruments that are not available in stock may take up to 15 business days to be manufactured and shipped.
- Shipping Time for Custom Cleared (Door to Door) orders is 13 to 15 business days and for Non-Custom Cleared orders is 8 to 10 business days.
- We maintain an extensive inventory at our domestic warehouses; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In case of any issues, please contact us at [email protected].
- Delivery time is not of the essence, and VeoSurg Instruments shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to deliver.
- The customer shall have no right to claim any damages or cancel the order due to delays in delivery.
- The customer shall take delivery of the goods promptly upon delivery (including signing the relevant delivery note). If the customer fails to accept delivery or requests a delay, responsibility lies with the customer.

TRACKING:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via your provided contact details, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

PACKING DETAILS:
- Packaging is offered as per demand of the customers, (Leather Case, Poly bag, Blister Card, Display box etc.). However, usually, we use plastic zipper packaging. Special Packing is possible upon your requirements, Branding on Packing is also Available.
