The Mueller Rectal Scissors features rounded tips that allow the surgeon to gently separate tissue layers before cutting. This is particularly important within the rectum and anal canal where working space is limited and surrounding structures must be carefully protected throughout the procedure.

The curved blades of the instrument follow the natural anatomical contour of the rectal canal which gives the surgeon improved reach and access to deeper tissue planes. The angled shanks work alongside the curved blades to keep the surgeon’s hand out of the line of sight and maintain clear visibility at all times during dissection.

The instrument is built with a rivet screw joint and box lock mechanism that ensures smooth and reliable blade movement throughout repeated use. It is capable of cutting skin, membranes, fascia, internal soft tissues and sutures making it a versatile tool across colorectal and general surgical procedures.

DELIVERY TIME:
- All instruments available in stock will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number for your order by email.
- Any instruments that are not available in stock may take up to 15 business days to be manufactured and shipped.
- Shipping Time for Custom Cleared (Door to Door) orders is 13 to 15 business days and for Non-Custom Cleared orders is 8 to 10 business days.
