1. Delivery Methods:
A. For (Personal / Small-Medium Shipments) Individual Practitioners & Healthcare Professionals:
- We Ship All over the World through Reliable Shipping Partners like FEDEX, DHL or UPS.
- For Customers from UK, Europe, United States, Canada, Middle East, Australia, we guarantee to deliver your order at your door (however buyers may still confirm the customs clearance availability from our chat support for their respective countries). Custom clearance is our responsibility and you will receive a hassle free delivery.
- For Customers from South America, Russia, Africa and some countries of Asia, We will help you with any documentation required for custom clearance but No Refunds are eligible for Custom clearance problems under any circumstances.
- Upon Special requests we can use low value shipping invoice & mark products as hand tools for easy custom clearance and less custom duty charges, Please request us by email if you require this.
B. Bulk Order Shipping & Logistics for Businesses:
In case of Logistics for Businesses and Bulk Orders we offer all types of INCOTERMS in accordance with the facilitation of the customers.
2. Delivery Time:
- All Instruments available in stock will be shipped within 4 to 5 business days and you will receive tracking number for your order by email.
- Any Instruments that are not available in stock can take up to 15 business days to be manufactured and shipped.
- Shipping Time for Custom Cleared (Door to Door) orders is 13 to 15 business days and for Non-Custom Cleared orders is 8 to 10 business days.
- We pride ourselves on maintaining an extensive inventory at our domestic warehouses. However, a variety of circumstances may delay product delivery in case of any delays or emergencies please write us at [email protected] so we can get back to you.
- Time for delivery shall not be of the essence and, VeoSurg Instruments shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to any failure by the VeoSurg Instruments to deliver the Goods (or any of them) promptly or at all. The customer will have no right damages or to cancel the order for any failure to meet the delivery times stated.
- The customer shall have no right to claim any damages or cancel the order due to delays in delivery.
- The Customer shall take delivery of the Goods promptly whenever they are tendered for delivery (which shall include signing the relevant delivery note) If, for any reason, the Customer fails to take such delivery of the Goods or otherwise causes or requests a delay in delivery.
3. Tracking:
Once your order is shipped you will receive the Tracking Id on your given contact information, from which you can track your package.
Return and Refund Policy
- Return shipping, insurance, customs tax and handling is the responsibility of the customer.
- Credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.
- Once the item has been used it is not returnable.
- Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within ten (10) working days of receipt of goods.
- Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
- Product will only be accepted for exchange/credit if received in sell-able condition.
- Product must be returned in the original sealed package to be accepted for replacement or credit.
- A restocking fee will apply to any product returned for reasons other than defect or damage
The Restocking Fee Schedule is as follows:-
- 20% for items returned within 15 days
- 30% for items returned between 15-45 days
- No credit after 45 days
- Shipping fees will not be credited.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled in a period of 24 hours after making the payment, once we start production or preparation of your order the orders cannot be cancelled and there will be no refund for cancelling an order after 24 hours without a valid reason. If there is any problem in the products after receiving the delivery of your order then we do issue replacements free of cost and make the customer happy and satisfied.
